Arbor Street Investments is an internally managed company specializing in the purchase of residential whole loans and mortgage servicing rights (“MSRs”). We invest in agency and non-agency mortgage loans and related asset classes. Arbor Street’s primary business objectives are to leverage our mortgage, servicing, and crowdfunding expertise to create value for our shareholders. We anticipate launching our initial offering in early 2021. The offering will be open to U.S. accredited investors and seeks to pay investors a preferred return of 3% per year in the form of a quarterly distribution. Investors in the offering also receive an annual dividend up to 25% of net distributable cash. The annual dividend is capped at 8% return on investment.
