About Arbor Street Investments

Arbor Street Investments is an internally managed company specializing in the purchase of residential whole loans and mortgage servicing rights (“MSRs”). We invest in agency and non-agency mortgage loans and related asset classes. Arbor Street’s primary business objectives are to leverage our mortgage, servicing, and crowdfunding expertise to create value for our shareholders. We anticipate launching our initial offering in early 2021. The offering will be open to U.S. accredited investors and seeks to pay investors a preferred return of 3% per year in the form of a quarterly distribution. Investors in the offering also receive an annual dividend up to 25% of net distributable cash. The annual dividend is capped at 8% return on investment.


We are uniquely qualified to bring institutional quality mortgage loan portfolio to private accredited investors.


Our leadership team has extensive expertise in all aspects of residential mortgage origination, trading, securitization, and servicing.


Crowdfunded investors earn 3%, plus an annual dividend of 25% of net distributable cash, up to a maximum return of 8% per year.

DeAnn O’DonovanChief Executive Officer
DeAnn O’Donovan is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Arbor Street. DeAnn has over 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Arbor Street in 2019, DeAnn was the President & CEO of AHP Servicing. While at AHP Servicing, DeAnn successfully launched a crowdfunded company and raised over $35 million. Prior to that, DeAnn served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of Wintrust Mortgage. DeAnn holds an Executive Scholar’s Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management, an M.A in English from Wayne State University, and a B.A. in English and History from Oakland University.

Kurt YoungManager of Investor Relations
Kurt Young is the Manager of Investor Relations for Arbor Street. He has six years of broad-based experience in the residential mortgage industry, sales and customer relations. Prior to joining Arbor Street, Kurt served as the Trading Manager at AHP Servicing for one year. Before that, he spent four years at Wintrust Mortgage in areas of increasing responsibility, including compliance, underwriting and marketing before launching and leading the Customer Experience group.
